about
EXCLUSIVE For EARTH MONKEY PRODUCTIONS

Inspired by Brian Eno's Thursday Afternoon album and Ivor Cutler's An Elpee and Two Epees.

I took to the mountains for 10 days in West Hawley, Massachusetts and recorded nature sounds on the fly. My vocals were recorded live in the mix on the hill. The synths were recorded in one take on returning home. Everything else was mixed and chewed in Salem, Massachusetts.

lyrics
Q: Oh where have ye been, wee flyin' bee?
A: Here n' there.
If I could fly, i'd be like you.
Jumping aboot, fae flo'or ti flo'or.
Ye're here for a purpose.
Ye help the other things grow.
And just like I, I think that too
And to others I must show.
Doon in this wee Munroe, there's pile's o leaves.
and places unseen.
Who knows who's stepped these paths.
Famous?
Status?
It's all a bigger part of us.
